Yes. We come to your home, look at the floor and give you a written estimate the same day. It costs nothing and there's no obligation.

30 days from the date on it. If the scope changes after that, or you add rooms or switch material, we write a new one.

A 50% deposit before the work begins, which covers the materials, and the other 50% when the job is done.

Not yet. Payment is the 50/50 split above: half up front for materials, half on completion.

Yes. HERE. Flooring LLC is licensed, bonded and insured, and every floor comes with a one-year workmanship warranty.

Most homes take 1 to 3 days on site. From first call to finished floor is usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on material delivery.

Yes. Removal and haul-away are included in every estimate, and baseboards come off and go back on after the new floor is in.

No. You clear furniture, appliances and anything else out of the rooms before we arrive. We handle everything after that, including cleanup.

We check it during the estimate. If it needs work, we price it before anything starts. No surprises mid-job.

A crew of 1 to 3 experienced, qualified flooring professionals does the install. The person who did your estimate is on site at the start and again at the end for the walkthrough, and is your one contact the whole way through.

Clear the rooms: furniture, appliances, rugs, anything on the floor. We take it from there, including the old floor and the baseboards.

We'll look at your stairs during the estimate and tell you what's possible with the floor you pick.

Luxury vinyl plank and tile (LVP and LVT), laminate, engineered hardwood and carpet. We don't install solid hardwood or ceramic tile, and we don't refinish floors.

Yes. We bring samples to your home, you pick, we order. The 50% deposit covers the materials.

No. We bring samples to you, so you see them in your own light, next to your own walls. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday.

Sometimes. We'll look at your current floor during the estimate and tell you honestly whether a close match exists, or whether a fresh floor through both rooms is the better call.

Workmanship, for one year from the day the floor is finished. Materials are covered separately under the manufacturer's warranty. It doesn't cover misuse, accidents, weather damage or repairs made by someone else.

The same person who did your estimate comes back on site, walks the finished floor with you and goes over care instructions. Photos are taken, and we follow up by phone after you've lived on it a bit.

Rentals and condos, yes. We install in single-family homes, townhouses, condos and rental properties. We're not taking on new-construction builder work right now.
